I recently had the pleasure of using Winter Wheeler as my mediator in a highly contested premises liability case against a major corporation. I cannot commend Winter highly enough for her unsurpassed emotional intelligence and seemingly endless ability to relate to literally all walks of life (her masterful knowledge of the law is, of course, a great bonus).
